Tealwood has a new email address you can use to submit ideas for social events, suggest yards for Yard of the Month recognition, volunteer to host a Flamingo Friday party, nominate a community member for recognition or a feature in the newsletter and/or website (e.g. recognition for becoming a new high school graduate, a suggested feature story on a community member, etc.). External Architectural Review Committee:

A new External Architectural Review Committee has been set up that is not part of the Board of Directors. This is in compliance with recent changes to Texas legal requirements pertaining to HOA governance. The Committee is comprised of Nahid Haimonty and Richard Peterson. They will provide support to home owners in gaining approval for their home improvement projects. Contact Tealwood.Arch.Review@gmail.com for Architectural Review and Approval before making any upgrades or changes to the exterior of your home and use the Tealwood Architectural Review Application for any new project requests. (See Tealwood Deed Restriction and Bylaws documents for information about Architectural Review requirements.)

Tealwood is nestled in the beautiful and ever-popular Memorial area in west Houston. Tall pine trees, soaring oaks and lovely cul-de-sacs wind their way among 172 traditional homes which make up the welcoming neighborhood. Uniquely situated within the Spring Branch Independent School District, Tealwood offers access to the exemplary Memorial schools. Ideally located at the corner of Memorial and Gessner, it is minutes from the excellent shopping and dining, the Energy Corridor, parks and bike trails.

General Meetings: 2/27/24 (after Annual Mtg.), 3/19/24

Upcoming Meeting Agenda: Appoint VP positions, Review and vote on amendments to the governing documents that address legal requirements; Flock Camera update, Plan for EasyHOA administration and Deed restriction enforcement.

General board meetings are open meetings. Unless otherwise indicated, will take place at 6 pm at 326 Vanderpool Ln.

Halloween Block Party - 2023

Join in the fun at the annual Halloween Bash! $5 per person - Registration Form Here

Summer Party & Ice Cream Social:

July 8, 2023 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at 12323 Tunbridge

The Jenkins Family will be hosting the event from their driveway. Come hang out in the cul-de-sac for homemade ice cream (plus popsicles and Bluebell favorites!) and yard games. The cul-de-sac will be cordened off, and drinks will be available. Feel free to bring snacks and additional drinks of your choice.Thank you, Jenkins Family, for initiating such a great event!
