2023 Officers & Their Roles
President/Director: Rob Mayer
In the role of President, Rob provides overall leadership for the Board. He leverages the skills, knowledge and time offered by the other board members and community members to develop and implement Board goals and objectives. He also works with and gathers information from external organizations, such as Bunker Hill and other local municipalities, and brings pertinent information to the community.
President-Elect/Director: Richard Peterson
As the President Elect, Richard facilitates the efforts of the current President. He will serve as President in the upcoming year. Incorporating the President-elect position in the slate of officers helps to ensure continuity and a smooth transition in leadership from one year to the next.
Secretary & Director: Jeff Herrin
The Secretary is a key contact person for general needs, and will forward inquiries to the appropriate board member as needed.
Treasurer/Director: David Knapp
As Treasurer, David is providing invaluable service to our community by managing the association's fiscal matters. He serves as the key contact for title companies, realtors, and banks. He is also the resource for resale certificates, transfer fee information, status of accounts, and refinance fees, as well as the annual Home Owners Association assessments.
Architecture/Director: Tyson Seeliger
The Architecture Vice President oversees the functions of Architectural Compliance and serves as a liaison between the board and the new external Architectural Review Committee described below.
NOTE: An External Architectural Review Committee has been set up that is not a part of the Board of Directors. This is in compliance with recent changes to Texas legal requirements pertaining to HOA governance. The Committee is comprised of Nahid Haimonty and Robin Littman. They will provide support to home owners in gaining approval for their home improvement projects.

VP Maintenance & Director: Melanie Pever
Melanie is managing the neighborhood Maintenance items, such as common area lawn care, plants, and flower beds. Contact Melanie if you have questions or ideas in this area.
Director: Bernie Bermack
A long time Tealwood resident, Bernie is serving the remaining term previously held by Jere Noerager. Bernie participates in analysis and information gathering on behalf of the community and supports the efforts of the Board of Directors.
Director: Scott Mendenhall
Scott participates in analysis and information gathering on behalf of the community and supports the efforts of the Board of Directors.
Director: Bryan Caldwell
Bryan participates in analysis and information gathering on behalf of the community and supports the efforts of the Board of Directors.
Director: Simone Westra
Simone participates in analysis and information gathering on behalf of the community and supports the efforts of the Board of Directors.
