The Tealwood Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is being held this coming Tuesday, February 22 at 6:00PM at the Memorial Forest Club. We would like for as many households as possible to be represented at the meeting so that we will have a quorum for the voting.
However, if you cannot attend, it is very important that you print and complete the proxy form here so that your vote can be counted! If you don’t have someone in mind to vote in your stead, you can fill in Steve Shomette as your proxy. Please send your proxy with someone attending the meeting or to Jim Dunn via email or at 12351 Longworth Lane.

Under the bylaws, Steve Shomette, 2010 President-Elect, will assume the office of President at the annual meeting. Jim chaired a nominating committee to develop a slate of Officers and Directors for 2011. The nominating committee consists of current officers and other homeowners.
