How do Request Approval for updates or changes to my Tealwood Home?

Contact Tealwood.Arch.Review@gmail.com for Architectural Review and Approval before you make upgrades or changes to the exterior of your home and use the Tealwood Architectural Review Application  for any new project requests. (See Tealwood Deed Restriction and Bylaws documents for information about Architectural Review requirements.)

What are the fees for Tealwood Homeowners, and how are they paid?

Homeowners Association Fee: $600 (paid by home owner; due January 1)  

Trash & Recycling costs are included in the Homeowners Association Fee

​

Transfer Fee:  $300 

​

Resale Certificates: $200 

​

Who is Tealwood's Trash and Recycling Provider and Schedule? 

Texas Pride handles Trash and Recycling for all Tealwood homes. 

​

Monday and Thursdays - Back door pick up after 7 am;

Heavy Trash - Mondays and Thursdays - Curbside pickup after 7 am;

Recycling - Curbside pickup on Wednesdays after 7 am.
